Graphic Design Pre-Design Checklist table

Each president of a company part-time Admin Assistant program design welcomes you with the burden of designing a flyer, postcards, posters, etc. Most people are short of time, so start working on your computer with their favorite graphics. They know little, in fact, extends the time needed to complete their graphic design.

All the designers are brainstorming, to tell sketch, organize ideas, and so on, and I say the same thing. There aremany things that before any building, but I created a chart that helps me organize my ideas. This table assists in case the project design is in front of a chart and put it to good use before going to the computer to create your masterpiece!

Title: Budget: Format: Purpose: Recipients: Call to Action: Delivery Structure: Response Time Frame: Parts included:
Title - Give your project a title. This will help you organize files on your computer and find it later, because you always come back to an old file.

Budget - you must determine what is the total project budget.Establishing a budget will help you find the best way to start is your design and the elements and the specific functions can be set

Format - What will the project look like? This is a 4x6 postcard or tri-fold brochure? How is it spread?

Purpose - list here what is the purpose of this piece. List because it is done, that the reason they need it, and what to do.

Target- Expand on this project is for. Detailed demographic information, psychographic and socio-graphic on your destination. This will determine, what the piece will look like and what kind of style would help.

Call To Action - Explain exactly what you want to make the goal. (Ie Call Now - 1-800-555-5555, visit our website or on the map included!)

Delivery Time Frame - How long will it take, print and deliver designthis piece to your audience? In this way we analyze what is required for delivery.
Response Time Frame - How long you want the goal, before acting? This is useful for determining the text call to action, and teaching methods. This is also a time to begin the analysis of return.

Elements included - The table should be the longest in your element. You need everything in your bill. You need not writeeach piece of text, but I sub-themes, at least. In addition, address information, pictures, tables, views, logos, etc. All you do your graphic design should be included here. If you work with a team, you will be able to consider these elements as well as some revisions.

Feel free to copy and distribute this table. It 'been invaluable to me in any of my projects and I think you'll find your projects look better and less time toeffective.
